In my work I love to subvert the rules of the game.

In my animations I do not limit myself to just tell stories. I work with the firm intent to deconstruct the narrative form of the medium trapped between one frame and the next one. I want to throw off the expectations of the viewer’s eye. I don’t tolerate that a scene advances the next one. I want that every scene would be autonomous and at the same time conceptually linked to the following one.

In my most recent works, such as drawings, the work, because of it is based on a delicate and unstable balance between creation and destruction, the sign and its erasure, contains its own creative process that acquires to the viewer’s eyes a disruptive force.

Or as in my graffiti on glass, in which the paint, violently removed, leaves signs, erasures that become traits that give life to an image generated by its own negation.

I like to push the medium and the technique I’m using to its intrinsic limit, push it to the breaking point to bring out the maximum expressiveness, only in this way there is true creation.
